We tend to sit and think too much. Yoga offers a way to improve health and wellbeing. It is a gentle practice that begins wherever you are at the moment. It’s good to get moving. My yoga teaching is inspired by the evolving Hatha Yoga tradition of Vanda Scaravelli (1908-1999). As she wrote, “Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun.” I love teaching yoga and seeing the benefits it can bring.
